On January 21st, the world-renowned startup competition, the Hello Tomorrow Global Challenge (HTGC), announced RainbirdGEO Inc. (CEO Yong-Sang Choi) as one of the finalists for 2025.
According to HTGC, RainbirdGEO was selected as one of the final seven teams in the Environment & Biodiversity track after a rigorous selection process. Out of over 4,000 teams from around the globe, the competition first shortlisted 850 teams before ultimately narrowing it down to the top seven in each track.
HTGC, launched in 2014, is an international startup competition designed for early-stage deep-tech startups. It empowers entrepreneurs in the fields of science and technology to move beyond the laboratory and bring their innovations to a global audience with the right tools and support.

The 2025 HTGC finals will take place on March 13–14 in Paris, France. The competition offers a Grand Prize of €100,000, with €25,000 awarded to both the @nd prize and the Pre-VC stage prize recipients. Additionally, the finalists will have the opportunity to meet global investors, connect with potential partners and clients, and participate in showcases.
Through this prestigious opportunity, RainbirdGEO aims to showcase its cutting-edge climate risk early warning solution on the global stage and establish itself as a leader in the field of international climate technology.
