RainbirdGEO (CEO Yong-Sang Choi) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the international child rights NGO Save the Children to strengthen cooperation in addressing the climate crisis.
Through this partnership, RainbirdGEO will provide satellite data-based early warning technology for climate disasters and climate risk management consulting, aiming to establish response systems that protect children and local communities vulnerable to climate-related disasters around the world.
Since 2022, RainbirdGEO has been working with Save the Children in Bandung, Indonesia, to develop customized weather information services and a disaster early warning application, contributing to improved climate adaptation for local residents.
CEO Yong-Sang Choi stated, “Through this collaboration, we will further refine global disaster response systems and strive to ensure that no one is left behind in the face of climate disasters.”
