Seoul, October 2023 – October 2023 marks a great opportunity for the RainbirdGEO team to become a member of the Water Industry Platform Center (K-Water), a center designed to initiate support for early-stage entrepreneurs in Korea in the water industry.
The Water Industry Platform Center has the mission of searching for promising startup companies, operating programs to mentor them, and creating networks of all the early-stage startups and small-medium entrepreneurs in the water industry as an ecosystem. Also, the center supports entrepreneurs with various technical development support systems and financial terms and provides them with overseas sales programs to expand to the global market. The center is operated by K-Water – One of the most powerful corporations in Korea in the water resources management industry.
By becoming a member of the Water Industry Platform Center, RainbirdGEO takes a step forward to contribute to a sustainable society, especially in the national water resources management field by utilizing its innovative climate technology solutions. Moreover being a member of the early-stage entrepreneur ecosystem also allows RainbirdGEO to find opportunities to communicate and collaborate with other innovative members to find new solutions for protecting, improving, and successfully managing the national water resources.
RainbirdGEO provides tailored natural disaster risk forecasting and early warning systems and climate-related consulting services that are customized for each client. Our mission is to support vulnerable communities in improving climate risk management capacities and mitigating the impacts of disaster risk in developing countries.
RainbirdGEO is committed to applying its innovative technologies to improve the effects of water resource management capacities by providing services such as:
