Project Duration: March 2024 – November 2024
Project Description: Supported by the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute (KEITI), this project is part of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) program development initiative for Nepal. It aims to strengthen Nepal’s disaster management capabilities by establishing a landslide early warning and damage detection system utilizing the GK2A satellite. Additionally, the project incorporates an innovative approach combining satellite technology and AI, with the potential for future expansion to neighboring countries.
